How we work
 Successful
completion of a project is a result of systematic efforts and project
management. It starts with understanding the business, conceptualizing
a solution, finding appropriate technology for developing the solutions.
No
matter what your comfort level with technology, we'll keep you in
the loop every step of the way. Before your custom-designed site
is built, you'll approve the entire experience, outlined in clear-cut
process documents created specifically for your individual needs
and according to your individual budget. No need to be afraid!
We follow a series of well-established steps in our
process of website development which are listed below:
STEP 1: Free Consultation
You may know exactly
what you want in a web site or you may have no idea at all. No problem.
We'll sit down with you and discuss your individual needs and goals
-- with no obligation whatsoever.
STEP 2: Proposal preparation
Based upon our
discussion, we'll prepare a proposal outlining site objectives,
ideas and infrastructure, preliminary site map, development schedule,
and cost. This proposal can be revised until all parties are satisfied.
Usually, half your payment will be due upon signing. (The balance
to be paid upon completion of the site.)
STEP 3: Domain Registration, Space allocation & Site Specifications
We
would, at this stage book your required domain name and web space.
Within the amount of time agreed upon in the signed proposal, we'll
prepare your website specifications, which will include a finalised
proposal, sample template, and site map. This means that even before
we start building your site, we've effectively defined how your
customer will interact with the website.
STEP 4: Website development
After
all parties agree on the site specifications, we'll begin the process
of building your website. This may include graphic design, data
entry, scanning, optimization of graphics, HTML coding, and programming.
STEP 5: Testing
Once the site
is completed and approved by you, we'll conduct end-user tests to
ensure that your site is functioning not only properly, but optimally
as well.
STEP 6: Going Live
We would upload
your final developed website on the webspace/server provided by
us. If you have your own server, we'll simply transfer to your server.
STEP 7: Maintenance
After
we've fulfilled our contract with you, you may opt to retain our
services to maintain your website in any capacity you choose.
STEP 8: Other Services:
